Quartier des Grottes : fitting out of the attic for a rehabilitated building
Here is a district which does not leave indifferent. This old building needed a facelift so we rejuvenated, beautified, and enhanced it. New arcades bring life to the neighborhood, and new residents enjoy modern comforts in generous and bright spaces.
Our project management team designed this attic renovation with complete freedom from the owner and followed the project through to completion in partnership with the agents. The result does not leave one indifferent either: standing, creativity and quality are judiciously integrated into the neighborhood.
