MAGID KHOURY

Founder
Chief Executive Officer

After studying law, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree and specializing in business administration and management, Magid Khoury founded Capvest Advisors SA in 2001. The Capvest Group has evolved as a versatile and creative international real estate development company specializing in value-added investments.

Founder and CEO of the Capvest Group, today Magid Khoury actively manages a network of more than 50 real estate companies that drive innovative and ambitious development projects. The Capvest Group is active in residential, office, retail and mixed-use development projects in Switzerland, Portugal and Canada.

In 2017, Magid Khoury also created the Edhen Foundation to support humanitarian causes in Switzerland, Lebanon and Senegal. Ehden Philanthropic fund is dedicated to causes such as access to education, the inclusion of disabled and autistic youth in the world of work, the professional integration of people at the end of the law, as well as to women victims of violence.

ANTHONY PARISET

Chief Operating Officer

Anthony Pariset studied law at the University of Pantheon Assas in Paris. He subsequently completed a Master of Laws degree in International Banking and Finance in London. His training was completed by an intensive program dedicated to command and leadership in combat situations, at the Saint-Cyr military school.

Anthony Pariset worked as a Senior European Associate at Skadden Arps LLP, an American law firm based in New York with more than 2’000 lawyers worldwide. He has a dual expertise as an international business lawyer and real estate developer with 18 years of experience in managing international transactions.
From 2004 to 2014, he was Managing Director at Algiluc SA Investment Managers, a Swiss-based real estate development company specializing in the development of high-end real estate projects in Europe.

Finally, Anthony Pariset joined the Capvest Group in 2015 as Chief Operating Officer. Today, he manages and supervises a team of 30 real estate specialists in 3 different countries: Switzerland, Canada and Portugal.

Development

DAVID DUC

Director of Development Switzerland

For 15 years, David Duc held various positions at Credit Suisse. During this time, he obtained his real estate developer’s license from SVIT. He also worked for 5 years at the General Management of La Poste in Bern, in the marketing department of the “Postal Network and Sales” department. During this period he obtained a degree in business economics from the HEG, which he completed on the job.

Over the course of his career, David has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, both from a financing and project development perspective.

His dynamism and his proactivity made him evolve through the real estate sector. Thus, in July 2015, David Duc joined the Capvest Group as Director of Swiss Real Estate Development.

MATTHIEU PELLET

Head of the Project Management Department

Matthieu Pellet holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from ESTP (Paris) and a Specialized Master’s degree in International Project Management from ESCP (Paris). He was a finalist in the HEC-ESSEC-ESCP business start-up competition and is currently pursuing his academic career with a Master’s degree in Real Estate from IEI (Geneva).

With over 15 years’ professional experience in real estate development, Matthieu has worked successively for GEODIS (Direction Immobilière Logistique SNCF), Orllati (Real Estate Development) and m3 Real Estate (Real Estate Project Manager, authorized representative and administrator of development companies). He has acquired a strong ability to evolve in complex and varied environments, from the purchase of land to the delivery and marketing of buildings.

Matthieu joined the Capvest Group in 2023 as Head of the Real Estate Projects Department, and will supervise the teams in charge of managing projects currently under development.

ANNE-LAURE MAHY

Project Manager
Sustainable Development Coordinator

Anne-Laure Mahy is a graduate of ESLCLA Business School in Paris and also holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania (USA).
She has taken further training in sustainability, receiving the SEED next generation living method integrator designation and the Well AP certification from the IWBI. It is also accredited Eco-Bau sustainable construction and has the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

Anne-Laure Mahy has been working at Capvest Advisors for more than seven years as a Project Manager. She also contributes to the development of sustainability within the group.

MARCO MORRA

Financial Analyst and Asset Manager

In 2017, after obtaining a Master’s degree in Architecture at the University of Bologna (IT) with a thesis in restoration of the ancient, Marco Morra begins his career in Paris where he will work until 2019 in several architectural agencies. He will then win awards in 8 competitions for housing, offices and cultural buildings. And he will follow several building sites during his professional experiences: luxury house in Brussels, Dolce&Gabbana boutique/flagship store in Paris, or office building in Paris.

Between 2019 and 2020, Marco Morra will specialize in real estate with an 18-month master’s degree in Urban and Real Estate Management at ESSEC Business School in Paris. At the end of his specialized master’s degree, he will continue his career in real estate with a thesis on the impact of investment strategies of pension funds in the Swiss real estate market.

Marco Morra joined the Capvest Group in 2020 as part of his end of study internship. He is now a Financial Analyst and Asset Manager within the group.

CLÉLIA FOLLONIER

Project Manager

With a Swiss Federal Diploma in Real Estate Development from the SVIT Institute, Clélia has acquired considerable expertise throughout her career in real estate, combining both advanced technical and practical knowledge.

With 13 years’ solid experience in the banking sector and 6 years specifically dedicated to real estate, Clélia has developed an in-depth understanding of the financial, legal and operational dimensions of both sectors. Endowed with a sharp analytical mind, she excels in market analysis and strategic decision-making. In addition to her technical skills, Clélia stands out for her enthusiasm and optimism, which enable her to rally teams around ambitious projects.

Clélia joined Capvest as a Project Manager in the Real Estate Development Switzerland division.

VICTOR SÉCHAUD

Project Manager

Thanks to his 11 years of cumulative experience within an international real estate group and various well-known players in the Geneva real estate industry, Victor has acquired a solid knowledge in the field of real estate and construction. His professional activity starts in 2011 at SPG as an assistant to the head of real estate projects with missions of land prospecting.

In 2019, he specializes in project development and management by joining Losinger Marazzi SA (Bouygues) in the Real Estate Development department.

Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Haute Ecole de Gestion (HEG) in Geneva, as well as a Master’s degree from the Institut d’Etudes Immobilières (IEI). He joined the Capvest Group in 2022 as a Project Manager in the Swiss Real Estate Development division.

VICTORIA GOELDLIN

Interior Designer

Victoria Goeldlin graduated from the Ecole des nouveaux métiers de la communication (EFAP) in Paris in 2007 with a diploma in press relations and communications.

From 2007 to 2015, Victoria enriched her career and professional experience by holding various positions within Geneva-based companies. Guided by the influence of her family environment, which valued refined interiors, harmony in decoration and meticulous selection of objects, Victoria then devoted herself fully to the design, layout and decoration of prestigious furnished apartments.

In 2015, her passion for interior architecture led her to join the Capvest Group, where she holds the position of Interior Designer and manages the Interior Design Department, and more specifically the design and interior programming of each of the Group’s real estate development projects, in Switzerland or abroad.

Asset Management

CORINNE GLEIZE

Director of Management and IT Departments

Corinne Gleize holds an engineering degree in applied microbiology (University of Brest) and an engineering degree in computer science (SLIGOS/ATOS).

From 1996 to 2013, Corinne Gleize was behind the creation of Cristal Concept SA, a dynamic French consulting and IT management company. During this period, she advised companies and government agencies, including banks such as Crédit Agricole, on large and complex computer network and system security projects.

Corinne Gleize was both general manager and senior project manager. This double experience allowed him to develop a know-how related to the management of a fast growing company and complex IT projects, involving a large team of engineers.
In 2013, Corinne Gleize joined Capvest and became Director of the Management and IT departments within the group.

MAURIZIO STELLA

Senior Portfolio Manager

Maurizio Stella is a graduate of the École Supérieure de Commerce de Sierre in Switzerland.
From 2004 to 2005, he was Managing Director at EFXFX SA, a Swiss-based fund manager specializing in online trading.

Between 1983 and 2004, he was also a trader in the foreign exchange market and became CFO at SOCOFINANCE SA, a Swiss-based financial institution active in currency and precious metals trading. Maurizio Stella has over 20 years of experience in financial and commodity trading, as well as 15 years of experience in real estate asset management.

Finally, in 2006, Maurizio Stella joined the Capvest Group as a Senior Portfolio Manager.

NADIA SERRE

Asset Analyst

Nadia Serre holds a degree in Economics from the University of Lyon II and a Master II DAS in Management and Finance from the University of Economic Sciences of Geneva.

In 2021 Nadia Serre joins the Capvest Group as an Asset Analyst within the team in charge of the management of the Group’s real estate portfolio and the centralized management of information from the agencies.

PENELOPE GISCLON

Office Manager and Asset Management Assistant

After studying languages and literature, Penelope Gisclon first turned to the restaurant business by opening her own tea room.
Her life path then led her to work in the watch industry as an Administrative and Commercial Assistant for about fifteen years.

The daughter of an architect and a painter mother, it was only natural that she ended up turning to real estate and the world of design, joining the Capvest Group in 2017 as an Office Manager and Asset Management Assistant.

Brokerage

TANIA DANIAL

Responsible for the Retail and Brokerage Activities

Tania Danial holds a degree in Commercial and Industrial Sciences from the University of Geneva, with a specialization in marketing, research and commercialization.

With her experience in the high-end publishing sector, as editor-in-chief of the “On the Earth” publications published in many international metropolises, she has contributed to the rapid development of the brand with her creative and entrepreneurial spirit.
Tania also represents since 2017, the Ehden Philanthropy Fund as an active member, both administratively but also by taking an active part in the donation strategy.

It was in 2008 that Tania joined Retail Advisors Geneva SA as the Director of Marketing and Research, a position that later led to her appointment as CEO in 2016.

NADINE RAJCZYK REKER

Project Coordinator

Nadine Rajczyk Reker holds a degree in hotel management from the Blindow Schule in Stadthagen, Germany.

From 2008 to 2013, Nadine Rajczyk Reker was Head of Sales and Marketing at Optimal Investment Services SA (Santander Banking Group), a private sponsor of hedge funds based in Geneva. At that time, she was responsible for the marketing and sales functions for investment funds and for managing the company’s CRM functions.

Nadine Rajczyk Reker joined the Capvest Group in 2013 as a Project Coordinator within the Retail Advisors Geneva SA entity.

Finance

DAVID SAUGY

Chief Financial Officer

David Saugy holds a Federal Diploma in Accounting and has also gained professional experience in the field. He has accumulated various experiences in business management and trust operations, notably as an accountant and auditor.

These 30 years of experience have allowed him to acquire a wide range of knowledge, enabling him to sharpen his expertise in the resolution of accounting, financial, tax and administrative issues.

David Saugy joined the Capvest Group in 2019 as a Senior Finance Manager and is now Chief Financial Officer.

DAMIEN LAFAGE

Senior Finance and Accounting Manager

It is through his initial training as a scientist, as well as the accumulation of his professional experience, that Damien Lafage has acquired rigor and versatility in his work.

Graduated with a federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting, he was able to evolve through different companies and thus has a wide professional experience in accounting management. Damien Lafage has 19 years of experience as a chief accountant, including 17 years in the real estate industry.

He joined the Capvest Group in 2012 and is now a  Senior Finance and Accounting Manager.

ALIONA TAMAZLICARU

Accounting Assistant

After graduating from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova in 2000, Aliona gained a solid experience in Moldova and Russia, especially in the commercial field.

After an internship period at Capvest Advisors SA, Aliona was able to convince and join the team for her first professional experience in Switzerland.
Aliona joined the Capvest Group in 2015 as an Assistant in the Finance and Accounting Department.

Communications

JONATHAN NARDI

Marketing and
communication

After completing his studies in communications, Jonathan Nardi began an international career at Apple in 2008, holding various marketing and communications positions in Switzerland, France, the UK and the US.

With this first experience in a large American multinational, he joined Expedia Group in 2014. He then joined a team in charge of communications for the group’s more than 350,000 hotel partners around the world.

In 2016, after accumulating more than 8 years of experience in the marketing and communication industry, Jonathan Nardi founded ArtDice Communication, a consulting firm specializing in real estate communication. He then joined Capvest, where he is currently in charge of communication and marketing for the group and its various real estate subsidiaries.

Capvest Zug AG

MAURUS MÜLLER

Managing Director, Capvest Zug

Maurus Müller holds a Master’s degree in “Real Estate Management” from the University of Applied Sciences in St. Gallen. In recent years, Maurus has worked for the family office Newport RE AG / Concept Management AG as a partner and has led major real estate projects.

He has also worked at Steiner AG as a technical real estate manager and director of acquisitions, as well as at Losinger Marazzi AG and Halter Immobilien AG in Zurich.

In September 2022, he took over the management of Capvest Zug AG, responsible for the development and expansion of the group’s activities in German and Italian-speaking Switzerland.

GUY STRICKNER

Project Manager

Guy Strickner graduated from Winterthur University of Applied Sciences in 2018 with a “Master of Arts ZFH in Architektur”.

His career path led him to learn the trade of building draughtsman during an apprenticeship with an architectural firm in Fribourg, which he completed in 2011. From 2012 to 2018, Guy worked in various architectural offices in Zürich, putting his knowledge into practice alongside his studies. From 2018, he joined Masswerk Architekten AG in Zürich as project manager for various residential and competition projects.

In 2023, he joined Capvest Zug AG as a Project Manager for real estate development.

External consultant

SYLVAIN CHIOVETTA

Senior Consultant

Sylvain Chiovetta holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture (Geneva), a master’s degree in architecture (Houston), a master’s degree in urban planning (Oxford) and a master’s degree in real estate (Geneva). He is a registered architect in Geneva and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
Sylvain was the regional development manager for Implenia, Switzerland’s largest development and construction company. He also held several management positions at Steiner, another major development and construction company in Switzerland.

During his 25 years of experience, Sylvain Chiovetta has worked as an architect and real estate developer in Switzerland, the United States, Germany, South Africa, the United Kingdom, the People’s Republic of China, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar.

Since 2017, as Senior Consultant, Sylvain Chiovetta has been providing external advisory services to Capvest Advisors SA through Urbis Capital Properties SA, the company he founded.
