Les Jardins de Lully in Bernex featured by immobilier.ch

Designed by Cerutti Architectes SA, this new project comprises eight small buildings whose scale respects that of the village of Lully. The architecture is contemporary, restrained and elegant, with large openings onto terraces and gardens. The surface remains reserved for pedestrians thanks to the underground parking.

Landscaping favors native species, large trees planted in natural ground and space for vegetable gardens.

Delivery from 2029

Deliveries will take place in phases, starting in 2029. The article also notes that a quarter of the lots have already found buyers.
