Phase I: Preliminary design and development of existing or future spaces:

  1. Customer meeting and highlighting desires & needs
  2. Elaboration of a budget adapted to the objectives and possibility of the contracting authority
  3. Optimization of spaces and various proposals for the installation of furniture
  4. Creation of a personalized moodboard reflecting the character to be given to the place of residence
  5. Creation of a detailed notebook and presentation of the elements to be set up in the spaces with the given budget and implementation of the chosen furniture
  6. Creation of a “products and works” file (product reference, service provider, price)

Phase II: Project Coordination:

  1. Assembly and management of a professional team: selection of service providers and craftsmen
  2. Coordination of interventions
  3. Order management: ordering goods and managing the delivery schedule
  4. Invoicing and follow-up of payments (financial table)
  5. Acceptance of the work and installation of the goods
