The management of Capvest participates in the annual General Assembly of the Swiss Public Private Partnership Association (PPP) of which it is a member.

Capvest is one of the few developers in Switzerland to have field expertise in PPP projects after the development of the CFP Technical High School in Biel on 8’500 m2 leased by the Canton of Berne on the site of the former General Motors factories.

One of the key items discussed at this annual AGM was the “Lake Crossing” project following the June 5, 2016 vote.

The possibility of using a PPP is of great importance for the whole of Switzerland because of the signal it sends out, whereas public/private partnership projects are not yet sufficiently developed in Switzerland.

Capvest is also interested in this PPP approach from the point of view of health, in connection with its role as owner of two private clinics and the development of its health division “Capvest Healthcare”.
