We are very pleased to announce that the 20 villas of our project “Au Mont d’Ehden” located in La Tour-de-Peilz have been sold and that the marketing is now completed.

The construction of the villas is also finished and the delivery to their future owners has already begun. Some exterior work still needs to be done, but all the work will be completed by mid-July.

As a reminder, this project is composed of 20 semi-detached villas meeting the criteria of high energy performance with peripheral insulation, triple glazing, wooden windows, low temperature heating, and photovoltaic panels, but above all a distance heating system using lake water. All the villas are also equipped with home automation allowing the management of heating, lighting, blinds and multimedia devices.
