With the deconfinement operational since a few weeks, it is the effervescence on our project HQ Sainte-Foy in Quebec!

The teams of the general contractor Nova are at work. You can see a part of the glass façade now assembled and installed.

This innovative mixed-use project combines housing and three integrated “districts”, together forming a vertical village of 110 condominiums, offices and service areas (Services District), a medical clinic and pharmacy (Health District) and a food market offering local Quebec products (Gourmet District) under a spectacular glass structure.

It will also have a heated rooftop pool, spaces
barbecue, a common living area on the terrace, as well as private lounges.

Our ambition for this unique project in the Province of Quebec is to offer its residents and the neighborhood an integrated living environment.
