The Quebec daily newspaper “Le Soleil” devoted a very nice article to our project the HQ St-Foy (Quebec City) by focusing on its unique concept of a gastronomic hall harmoniously integrated into the project.

Called “The Gourmet District”, this innovative project will bring together restaurants, a food market, a culinary school, artisans and brewers in a 3,250 square meter area, at the heart of a project including 122 apartments, offices and a clinic.
