After a 2-week break due to the Quebec construction vacations, we are pleased to announce that the Sainte-Foy HQ construction site resumed on August 3rd.

All 12 floors of the project are now up, allowing crews to work on the next phase of construction: the installation of the building’s mechanical system, as well as the division of the residential and commercial spaces.

As a reminder: this innovative mixed-use project combines housing and three integrated “districts”, forming a vertical village of 110 condominiums, offices and service areas (Services District), a medical clinic and pharmacy (Health District) and a food market offering local Quebec products (Gourmet District) under a spectacular glass structure.
