HQ Roland-Beaudin: new project in development in Canada
We are pleased to announce the launch of our new project in Canada.
Following the acquisition in December 2017 of a strategically located parcel in the heart of Quebec City, we are starting the development in a few days with the excavation work for the realization of a 38,000m2 building, of which 14,000m2 is allocated to commercial space and 13,600m2 to residential space.
Located on Roland-Beaudin Avenue, the project is unique in Quebec City because of its strategic location and the neighborhood life it will generate. With its 5 commercial and 7 residential floors, Le QG Roland-Beaudin will include many advantages and services designed for the realities of everyday life while combining a warm and modern style.
This modern complex will encourage interaction between residents to create a true community. A warm and distinctive space that redefines the link between merchants and residents.
Delivery is scheduled for June 2020. Eventually, there will be 134 apartments ranging from 60 to 162m2, divided into one- to three-bedroom units and penthouse units.

Anchored in the heart of Roland-Beaudin HQ, the Gourmet District, already established in one of our projects in Montreal, will provide access to a rich and varied gastronomic culture from different horizons. From butchery to florists, delicatessens, bakeries and produce. One of the pillars of this concept is the proximity between the residents and the merchants, which will make all the inhabitants of the district happy.
