We are pleased to announce that Mr. Benoît Mezenen has joined the Capvest Group as Senior Project Manager.

Mr. Mezenen is a graduate of EHL (Bachelor’s degree – 2008), the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm (Master’s degree – 2010), and holds a federal real estate developer’s certificate (2014).

His diversified and transversal experience of more than twelve years in the real estate sector, acquired at CBRE-PI Performance in the Transactions department as project manager, at UBS as real estate advisor for private clients, at Losinger Marazzi (VD) and Steiner (GE) as commercial project manager, will allow Capvest to reinforce its team in Switzerland for the numerous projects under development and acquisition.

Moreover, his excellent knowledge of the economic fabric of Vaud and Geneva will be an asset in the expansion of our activities in French-speaking Switzerland.
