The last apartment was sold at the end of June! Congratulations to our commercial team for the quick sale of the 13 lots composing this original and elegant residential program in Renens.

The bouquet of the construction site was also held on June 26 to thank the companies working on the site. An excellent Argentinean meal was offered on this occasion. All participants took advantage of the shade of the carport to protect themselves from the heat wave! Thank you to SD Construction for organizing this event which is important for the people working on the site and which marks a milestone in construction.

The construction is going very well and the building is being revealed a little more as the scaffolding is gradually removed and the balcony railings are installed. The interior fittings (tiling, kitchens) have begun. The sustained pace of construction should allow the apartments to be delivered ahead of the official delivery schedule (February 2020). The date is still to be determined, but probably before the end of the year.
