La Fontaine d’Ehden real estate project: the final stages of construction

Construction of La Fontaine d’Ehden continues to progress at a steady pace, with significant advances on all buildings. As a reminder, this is a new residential project of 16 luxury apartments in 4 buildings in Corseaux, offering magnificent views of the lake and the Alps.

Construction progress: key milestones

Building A is nearing completion on the outside: roofing work is well under way, and all that remains is to lay the tiles. The windows have now been installed, and the next stages will be plastering and partitioning, which will begin shortly.

Building B, meanwhile, is following a similar progression: the framework was installed this month, and the partitions are also scheduled for installation next month.

As for Building C, the attic walls will be completed by the end of the month, followed by the installation of the framework. Windows have already been installed on the ground and upper floors, marking a significant step forward in the building’s closure.

Finally, on Building D, structural work is progressing: the basement is now complete. Work has now begun on the first floor walls, paving the way for the rest of the construction.

At the same time, we are pleased to announce that concreting of the underground parking lot is now complete.
