The Sainte-Foy HQ is a vertical village that offers on the same site near the new tramway high quality PPE housing, a medical clinic, offices, and an authentic and friendly food and restaurant concept with local services for both the residents of the HQ and the Sainte-Foy neighborhood.

Our “HQ” concept will be deployed in other mixed-use real estate projects currently under development.
