Delivery of the HQ Sainte-Foy Tower in Quebec City

The finishing touches to the last apartments and the delivery to the purchasers are continuing at a very good pace with a complete delivery planned for the end of February. To date, about 50 residents have already moved in.

The installation of the exterior façade of the building is completed, as well as some common areas (swimming pool, gym).

The HQ Sainte-Foy Tower is an innovative vertical village project that combines 110 condominiums with a 4,600 m2 medical clinic and pharmacy (Le District Santé), a food market and restaurants (Le District Gourmet), all coupled with a state-of-the-art office complex.

This project is considered one of the major projects of the downtown area and of the new business hub of Quebec City, which will benefit from the implementation of the new tramway with a stop located nearby.

The Capvest Group and its Canadian teams led by Denis Epoh are particularly proud to have developed this ambitious multi-use real estate project in only three years.

Moreover, it intelligently responds to the objectives of modern urban planning by offering in a single vertical complex all the advantages that a village would offer to its inhabitants without unnecessary car travel and with an ideal connection to public transport. This project is therefore perfectly in line with our strategy of developing sustainable urban real estate projects on a neighborhood scale.
