For the Capvest teams, the management of such a large project representing a development value of more than 400 million Swiss francs and more than 330 residences is a fantastic human and professional adventure; made up of exceptional encounters with architects, engineers, marketers, interior designers who have been intensely and personally involved for several years to give life to this magnificent project.
Capvest set up a dedicated team which followed the project from A to Z: from the land acquisition phase and the financial set up of the operation, through the genesis, the validation of the master plan and the design of the project. But also, the animation and the piloting of the essential phase of the participative approach with the inhabitants of the commune of Troinex and the numerous interfaces with the communal and cantonal authorities. Our teams were then involved in the complex phase of examining the authorization file, the marketing strategy and finally the project execution phase.
A project of this magnitude also involves the mastery of numerous and complex legal and financial elements, in particular the arrangement and structuring of the construction loan with our partner UBS.
Our teams have also worked on setting up a sophisticated and elegant showroom allowing buyers to have access to a wide choice of materials with individualized follow-up.
Thus, Parc des Crêts is an exceptional and long-term adventure that has mobilized a complete and multi-professional team at Capvest since 2014, since the acquisition and now the realization phase of the project. The skills required for this type of project are varied and are strengthened by the experience and creativity of each contractor, architect, sustainable development integrator, civil engineer and marketer. Always maintaining a clear objective to develop and build together a unique property, which will offer a qualitative living space for some 1’000 inhabitants, who will benefit from quality housing within a natural setting that favors a true neighborhood life.
