We are delighted to announce the arrival of Yann Lasbats as Sales and Operations Director of Osmia Advisors SA.

With a degree in Environmental Engineering from the Institut Supérieur de l’Environnement in Versailles and a Master’s in Industrial Environmental Law, Yann has been working for 15 years on sustainability issues in the real estate and construction sectors. 

He has worked for a number of renowned companies, where he has acquired and developed solid technical skills in the environmental and energy fields, whether in Facilty Management (Bouygues Energie & Services), in a design office (Egis Conseil), in environmental project management (Oteis) and most recently in an inspection office (Socotec, European leader in sustainable real estate consultancy).

During his most recent professional experience at Socotec Immobilier Durable, he worked with a team of project managers, assisting public and private clients (in the design, construction and operation phases) in the development of energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly buildings. He also had the opportunity to contribute to the development of cross-functional projects (webinars, running networks of sustainability experts).

At Osmia, Yann will be responsible for promoting the integration of sustainability at every stage in the life cycle of real estate projects, whether at district or building level. We wish him a warm welcome and every success in his new role.
