We are proud to announce that three of our project managers have recently earned the Immoénergie certification, issued by the USPI (Union suisse des professionnels de l’immobilier), the APGCI (Association professionnelle des gérants et courtiers en immeuble de Genève), CGI Conseils, and SIG-Eco 21.

Immoénergie: A Leading Training Program in Energy Efficiency

The Immoénergie certificate is a specialized training program that enables real estate professionals to acquire in-depth expertise in building energy efficiency, covering energy performance analysis, current standards and regulations, technical optimization solutions, energy certifications (Minergie, THPE, etc.), as well as supporting property owners in their energy renovation projects.
