The Capvest Group is pleased to announce the sale of the areas dedicated to medical activities within its HQ Sainte-Foy project to the Quebec group Groupe Santé Expert.

GSE owns 13 medical and pharmaceutical establishments in Quebec City, Montreal and Laval and will develop a 6,000 m2 Health District bringing together various professionals from all walks of life to create a unique medical destination in the capital of the Province of Quebec.

The Health District will regroup multidisciplinary activities with specialists and general practitioners, as well as physiotherapists, dentists, prenatal services and a pediatric clinic.
