HQ Sainte-Foy – The project is coming to life
The Quartier Général Sainte-Foy project, with more than 30,000m2 of mixed-use space in Quebec City, is coming to fruition on schedule.
This flagship development of our group in Canada is built around a vertical village concept with a 12-story mixed-use property divided into 4 components called “Districts”:
– 1 Residential district on 16’000m22 with 132 residential units and 144 parking lots;
– 1 Services District with 4’200m2 of offices;
– 1 Health District with its 6’600m2 clinic;
– 1 Gourmet District of 4’500m2 for catering/artisan spaces, market space.
In addition, the modernization of Church Road at the foot of the project is well underway with the upcoming construction of a streetcar stop nearby on a completely rebuilt artery in the spring of 2020.
