Parc des Crêts, the largest plot of land in the Canton of Geneva

In an article published on immobilier.ch on December 18, 2023, Serge Guertchakoff, with the help of PilierPublic, has listed the largest property owners in the Canton of Geneva.

If we eliminate the industrial plots owned by the Firmenich and Givaudan groups, and plots owned by public entities (State, City and public utilities), the largest plot in the Canton of Geneva is the one where our impressive Parc des Crêts development in Troinex is currently nearing completion.

This extraordinary residential project, which was brought to market in record time, will welcome its first residents in the summer of 2023. Covering an area of 8.7 hectares, the project features just over 300 THPE (Très Haute Performance Energétique) standard homes and villas, and will be home to around 1,000 residents by the end of 2024. To date, this project is the largest residential development in French-speaking Switzerland in an unregulated building zone.

The Capvest Group is particularly proud of this project, which we are co-piloting with Niton SA and our contractors Cerutti Architectes and Thomas Jundt Ingénieurs Civils, who supported us throughout the development and construction of this complex project.

We are also delighted to have contributed to the economic development of the Canton of Geneva and the commune of Troinex, and to have been able to realize the dream of hundreds of families to become homeowners. We would also like to thank the teams at UBS for their financial support.
