The District Gourmet located within our HQ Sainte-Foy (Quebec) project officially opened its doors on November 17, 2021 and the press has hailed this unique place!

After more than 24 months of work, we are proud and happy to celebrate with our clients and partners the completion of this superb development project led by our Canadian teams led by Denis Epoh.

The inauguration of the Gourmet District thus constitutes the finalization of the 4th district of this vertical village, after the delivery of 120 apartments, an integrated clinic of more than 4’000 m2 and modern and luminous office spaces. The District Gourmet is already Quebec City’s new gourmet destination with thirteen gastronomic counters offering a varied selection of world cuisines, all located under a spectacular glass atrium diffusing a soft light. This innovative concept offers easy access to high-end dining with two renowned Montreal chefs, while providing a friendly atmosphere.

With a development value of more than 170 million Canadian dollars, this project is one of the structuring development projects of the Capvest Group in Canada. We plan to build two more HQ complexes in the regional capital. Thus, the next project called HQ Old Quebec is already under development and will be located in the heart of the historic district of Quebec.
