Sainte-Foy HQ nominated as a finalist in the “Multi-Purpose Building” category – ACQ Award dedicated to Canadian real estate experts
After receiving a visit from representatives of the Association de la Construction du Québec, a plaque was presented to our Canadian subsidiary, Capwood, to announce the good news: HQ Sainte-Foy has been named a finalist for the 2022 Construire award in the “Multi-Use Building” category.
Real estate project in Canada: the ACQ promotes the actors of the construction sector
The Association de la construction du Québec assists construction companies in the day-to-day management of their activities, in order to support them in their development and growth. The Trophées Construire de l’ACQ competition is organized each year to recognize the excellence of a real estate project in the Province of Quebec.
Real estate development: the “Multi-use building” category rewards complex, qualitative and sustainable real estate projects
The trophies specific to the residential sector are awarded to companies selected for the quality of their work, their compliance with new construction standards and their expertise. Particular attention is paid to the respect of procedures, the quality of administrative documents, the layout of the space, the windows and the luminosity. Finally, the sustainable development aspect and the integration to the environment are also taken into account.
Construire 2022 Award: a nomination to promote the real estate expertise of the sector’s players
This nomination as a finalist in the “Residential Award – Multi-Use Building” category is a recognition of the creativity of our Canadian subsidiary’s teams, led by Denis Epoh (General Manager Canada). The award, the result of many years of work, is presented to the winner at a prestigious annual event.
This awards evening brings together the players in the construction industry. Construction and development companies are selected for the quality of their work, their contribution to the industry, the exemplary training of their employees or any special achievement. Attention is also paid to health and safety measures and workplace relations. Finally, all social and community involvement is taken into account in the choice of winning companies.
