The future residents of the Parc des Crêts had an extraordinary experience.

Thanks to a hot air balloon, the buyers were able to fly over their future neighborhood and discover the project from another angle.

They projected what their next living environment will be like, with its tree-lined alleys, communal vegetable gardens, meadows and planted patios.

They were also able to see the end of the earthworks and the start of the structural work, which is proceeding at a good pace. The three construction cranes are operational in a spectacular sweep.

The Parc des Crêts offers 263 apartments in PPE, 40 villas and a senior residence. The commercialization of Phase 1 has been completed and the commercialization of Phase 2 is already well advanced.
