On Friday, October 9, Magid Khoury, CEO of the Capvest Group and his two co-administrators of the company 3N Investissements SA, Mr. Marc Gilliéron and Mr. Bruno Mégevand, who are at the origin of this extraordinary project, laid the first stone in a warm atmosphere in the presence of the Mayor of the Commune of Troinex.

On this splendid 9-hectare site without roads or cars, 368 homes will be built, including 263 apartments, 40 villas and 65 senior housing units.

In the heart of a large wooded park, leisure areas, children’s playgrounds and vegetable gardens will offer the thousands of residents a quality of life unequalled for a project of this scale, with family housing with generous surfaces.

After five years of work in close coordination with the municipal and cantonal authorities, one of the largest PPE projects in Switzerland is now underway.
