Delivery of Two Rental Buildings in Bussigny

At the end of October, on schedule, we were able to deliver to “1291 La Fondation de Placement Suisse”, the two rental buildings of our Ehden Parc project located in Bussigny, near Lausanne.

This development, managed by Capvest, comprises two buildings with a total of 21 apartments, 2 commercial areas and an underground parking lot with 25 spaces. Of the 21 apartments, 18 have already been rented and tenants have been able to take possession of their homes.

The project, built by general contractor BEG Léman SA and architectural firm ABA Partenaires, features high-quality finishes and generous living spaces. Equipped with geothermal probes, the buildings offer residents the possibility of cooling their homes on hot summer days, thanks to geocooling.

The underground parking lot, equipped with a flat cable, will enable all parking spaces to be fitted with charging stations, depending on the future development of the car fleet.

The owner has also decided to set up a Regroupement dans le cadre de la Consommation Propre (RCP) to encourage self-consumption of the energy produced locally by the photovoltaic panels installed on the roof.

We would like to extend our warmest thanks to all the companies and people who worked on this project, as well as Nova Property Fund Management and pom+ for their excellent collaboration throughout the construction phase.
