Capvest Zug Completes purchase of plot in Lucerne

Capvest Zug AG is gearing up to turn a prime location into an exceptional place. At the end of October, the Capvest Group’s subsidiary in German-speaking Switzerland completed the purchase of a magnificent plot of land at Bellerivestrasse 4, Lucerne. This acquisition marks the start of an ambitious project to create a unique residential complex, ideally located in a peaceful area close to Lucerne city center.

The future building, currently in the design phase, promises to be a true architectural gem. Its design will emphasize the quality of the living spaces and the exceptional view of the Alps, the shores of Lake Lucerne and the majestic Mount Pilatus, an essential part of Lucerne’s panorama.

The human-scale project will comprise around eight apartments, offering future residents unrivaled privacy and comfort. Each apartment will benefit from an underground parking space. Living areas will be cleverly south-facing, offering breathtaking views of the Alps and lake. In addition, each apartment will open onto a generous balcony or loggia, creating a space for outdoor relaxation. Bedrooms will be designed with dressing rooms and en-suite bathrooms, enhancing the level of comfort and convenience.

The environment in which the future building is located is extremely pleasant. The peace and quiet of this residential area in the middle of nature, with its magnificent trees, creates a real cocoon, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet close to Lucerne railway station. Just a few minutes away by bike or bus, the station offers rapid access to the city’s public transport network and amenities.

With this new project, the Capvest Group continues to make its mark in the high-end real estate sector, following on from two major projects in the Geneva commune of Cologny, and now in Lucerne, with other communities in German-speaking Switzerland to follow.
