An ambitious new real estate project in the heart of Bernex
The journal immobilier.ch, written by Mr Serge Guertchakoff, recently published an article previewing our new residential project in Bernex, to be managed jointly by Capvest Advisors SA and Niton SA.
The project involves the transformation of a plot of land long dedicated to greenhouses into an ambitious residential development. The pilots are particularly pleased to be collaborating with Cerutti Architectes and Thomas Jundt IngĂ©nieurs civils, reconstituting the fantastic team behind the success of Parc des CrĂȘts in Troinex.
With eight buildings totalling 18,668 m2 of gross floor area, the project will mainly comprise 142 owner-occupied apartments, as well as underground infrastructure for around 276 parking spaces and 560 bicycle spaces.
Scheduled for completion towards the end of 2028, this urban development will add around 500 new residents to Lully, which currently has around 1,800 residents. The project falls within the framework of the PLQ Chambert-Lully, with strict sustainable development standards including green roofs and retention basins to minimize the risk of flooding.
