The District Gourmet, currently under construction in our HQ Sainte-Foy project in Quebec City, has decided to revise the original layout to add a space 100% dedicated to take-out orders. Thanks to this new take-out concept, customers will be able to order online or on site and then pick up their order in the take-out section. Moreover, if they wish, they can opt for home delivery. The space has been completely redesigned to meet the new standards of social distancing, while ensuring smooth passage through the one-way traffic.

Besides going back to the drawing board with the architects to create this “take-out” space , the original concept remains the same. The Gourmet District promises a “gourmet experience”, offered both on-site and online by a variety of restaurateurs, artisans and a food market. The different menus will be available in the dining room, in the take-out area , and on the District Gourmet website. The online ordering platform will allow people to discover what the Gourmet District has to offer, as well as all its merchants.
