We had the pleasure to visit the impressive construction site of the Parc des Crêts in Troinex, whose development is managed by Capvest in conjunction with Niton. This visit was rich in information and brilliantly supervised by the DT team of Cerutti architects in charge of the design and the project management. We were able to see in situ the progress of the work on several blocks and villas that have emerged from the ground, while observing the excavation and structural work underway on the second phase of the project.

We were impressed by the “engine room”: the gigantic centralized energy production site that will supply hot water to all 370 homes (villas and apartments) thanks to three pellet boilers, all operated under an innovative energy contracting agreement signed with Romande Energie and with SIG for the solar panels.

This well thought-out, qualitative and sustainable real estate development is taking shape day after day thanks to the 200 employees working on the site on a daily basis and we are particularly proud that this project, which is being developed and built by Geneva-based players and local companies, can make its contribution to the dynamism of the Canton of Geneva’s economic activity.
