The 5th floor will be completed early this year and Capwood teams are continuing to market the PPE lots with the threshold of 100 apartments out of 121 soon to be crossed. The development phase of the Gourmet District and the office space is also very satisfactory.

Our innovative vertical village concept, including housing, a clinic, offices and a Gourmet District for epicureans will come to life in Q4 2020.
