The Capvest Group is very pleased to announce the opening of a subsidiary based in Zug to develop its activities in the German and Italian speaking part of Switzerland.

The new subsidiary, the sixtieth in the group, will be headed by Mr. Maurus Müller, who holds a Master’s degree in “Real Estate Management” from the University of Applied Sciences in St. Gallen and who worked for several years as a partner in the family office Newport RE AG / Concept Management AG.

He also worked at Steiner AG as head of real estate technology for Central Switzerland and head of acquisitions, as well as at Losinger Marazzi AG and Halter Immobilien AG in Zurich. Maurus Müller has many years of experience in real estate development and has managed several large-scale projects.

He will take over the management of Capvest Zug AG as Managing Director as of 1 September 2022.
