Our latest development project in Canada, the Sainte-Foy HQ strategically located in the center of Quebec City, was presented at the Quebec City booth.

It is an innovative project by its mix offering on 28’000^m2 a vertical city with 134 apartments, a clinic, offices and a concept F&B gourmet market and restaurant with services to residents.

Excavation is complete and we are targeting a September 2020 delivery.
