In a recent interview with Foxstone, David Duc, Director of Swiss Real Estate Development at Capvest, shares his expertise on real estate crowdfunding, including Foxstone’s new services for real estate developers.

A real alternative to traditional financing, crowdfunding also allows real estate professionals to raise funds through private investors motivated to invest their funds in the short or medium term on a development project.

In particular, Capvest called on Foxstone to raise 1.8 million francs for the “Au Mont d’Ehden” project in La Tour-de-Peilz. This was Foxstone’s first fundraising for a real estate development in progress. This experiment was a real success with the entire amount raised in less than 24 hours.
