Last week, our Canadian subsidiary was proud to open the doors of its impressive Sainte-Foy HQ to the media, which is scheduled to officially open in September 2021.

This first HQ, located in Quebec City, is an innovative real estate concept that brings together 123 apartments and a range of services never before offered in Canada, thanks to four Districts: Gourmet, Health, Services and Residential.

With this unique concept, Capvest Group is realizing its ambition to serve the residents of Quebec City by offering a range of services under one roof, thus limiting travel and increasing the quality of life of the members of its community.

Representing an investment of approximately $100 million, of which $40 million is dedicated solely to the Gourmet District, the Sainte-Foy HQ is part of the revitalization of the Route de l’Église in Quebec City and will create more than 200 jobs between now and the official opening in September.

Over the next few years, Capvest Group intends to deploy its HQ concept in two other areas of Quebec City as well as in Montreal, Toronto and Ottawa.
