We are pleased to announce the launch of the marketing of our new project in Lisbon. “NOOBA is an ambitious residential project with iconic architecture and modernity, set in an exceptional environment on the banks of the Tagus River with a beautiful landscaped park.

The project presents various typologies from 1 to 5 bedrooms, with duplex attics benefiting from large terraces with individual swimming pools. Each apartment has long balconies and/or generous terraces. Many of the apartments offer unobstructed views of the river and the park. In addition, on the roof of the condominium, a terrace with a 200m panoramic jogging track and a beautiful 25 square meter swimming pool will be built to create a sense of community and togetherness among the residents.

The NOOBA concept was developed by the famous architect Miguel Saraiva, designer of the Portuguese pavilion for the Dubai World Expo. The project is characterized by its ultra-transparent façade curtain and curved bay windows to capture and bring into the apartments the splendid light that diffuses in the Tagus estuary at any time of the year. Capvest’s goal was to create a sense of tranquility and calm for families wishing to escape a noisy urban environment through a gentle mix of green spaces, generous terraces, long balconies, suspended rooftops, and rooftop swimming pools… like a peaceful cruise near the heart of the capital.
