The excavation work is almost complete and is now reaching the fourth basement level.

The last step is the excavation of the access ramp and part of the interior footings.

Formwork, reinforcement, concreting and drainage work under the slab will begin this week.

As a reminder, this pioneering program is located in Quebec City. It offers 134 apartments as well as a Gourmet District that subtly brings together residences, food shops, a medical clinic and offices.

Delivery is scheduled for 2020.
