Congratulations to our colleague Anne-Laure for obtaining the Well AP certification administered by IWBI, the International WELL Building Institute, USA.

The Well standard integrates the health and well-being of occupants into the design, construction and operation of buildings. This international standard applies to office buildings as well as grouped housing or industrial restoration.

7 concepts are at the heart of building certification: air, water, food, light, fitness, comfort and spirit.

Many buildings are certified in the USA and Canada and this label is developing rapidly throughout the world.

Anne-Laure’s Well AP certification complements her One Planet Living and Eco-Bau Integrator certifications and consolidates the sustainability strategy for Capvest projects.
