The Capvest Group is pleased to announce the arrival of Mr Matthieu Pellet as part of the continued development of its real estate development and project management activities in Switzerland.

Matthieu Pellet has over 15 years professional experience in the real estate development sector with GEODIS (Direction Immobilière Logistique SNCF), Groupe Orllati (Real Estate Development) and m3 Real Estate (Real estate project manager and administrator of development companies).

He will be in charge of a team of 5 project managers managing 20 real estate projects currently under development.

The Capvest Group is continuing to grow in the French-speaking part of Switzerland and across the Sarine, with recent property acquisitions in the cantons of Geneva, Vaud, Berne, Lucerne and Zurich.
