La Fontaine d’Ehden in Corseaux: a summer of achievements

We are delighted to share the latest progress on the construction of la Fontaine d’Ehden in Corseaux.
After a particularly busy summer, the project has reached new milestones, and the buildings are gradually approaching their final state.
In buildings A and B, tile and ceramic wall coverings now adorn the living rooms and common areas. The installation of kitchens and interior doors has already begun, adding a concrete and warm touch to each apartment.
Landscaping is progressing around building B, and work on the terraces will begin in September.
Building C is gradually being unveiled as the scaffolding is dismantled, revealing the finished facades. Inside, the walls and ceilings are being prepared for painting, which will soon give the apartments their full character.
In building D, the interior partitions are gradually being installed and the false ceiling of the attic is being fitted. Outside, the facades will enter their final phase by mid-September, completing the elegant silhouette of this last building.
Both inside and out, these advances, visible during our site visits, illustrate the very positive momentum that is bringing us closer to the delivery of the apartments.
