We are co-pilot and in charge of the coordination of the development in villa zone of a district of more than 350 residences in the canton of Geneva. A design driven by the desire to federate and generate enthusiasm among local and cantonal authorities, neighbors and within the team of contractors, in order to achieve a quality project where future residents enjoy a privileged quality of life in an exceptional setting.

2016 was a year rich in meetings and discussions with the continuation of the participatory process leading to the realization of a master image. Multiple public meetings, workshops with the neighborhood, thematic sessions, and meetings with the authorities took place in a spirit of co-construction and transparency.

2017 will be the year of filing the application for building permission with the authorities… to be continued…
