Corseaux will soon welcome new residents to La Fontaine d’Ehden

The construction site continues to transform at a steady pace. The visual progress has been particularly noticeable in recent weeks, thanks in particular to the paving of the parking lot access ramp, which was completed at the end of September.

Building A: final touches underway

Building A is at a very advanced stage: all the tiled and parquet floors have now been laid, the kitchens have been installed, and the first pre-acceptance inspections have already taken place. The outdoor terraces have also been completely finalized.

Building B: first deliveries in November

In Building B, tiling is continuing and the kitchens will be installed in early October. Two pre-acceptance inspections have been carried out and the first deliveries to buyers are scheduled for November.

Building C: steady progress

Building C is progressing according to schedule: plastering and paint preparation work is progressing, while the installation of floor coverings has begun. Tiles and parquet flooring were delivered in early October.

Building D: exterior work in progress

Around Building D, exterior work is continuing despite heavy rainfall in October. Inside, partition walls and finishes are progressing steadily, in line with the laying of tiles.

These steps demonstrate a positive momentum that brings us closer to the overall delivery of the program, scheduled for the end of 2025. Exterior work will continue until spring 2026, when it is scheduled for completion.
