We are pleased to announce that Capwood, the Canadian subsidiary of Capvest Group, was officially awarded the ACQ Award in the category of Residential Construction 2022 for the HQ Sainte-Foy project at the awards ceremony held on May 14th.

This award recognizes the efforts of our local teams and partners, led by Denis Epoh, Director of Capwood, in creating a unique and innovative project. Bringing together 123 apartments and a range of services in one location, thanks to its four Districts: Gourmet, Health, Services and Residential, this first HQ, was able to concretize Capwood’s ambition to bring a complete service offer to the surrounding population, while revitalizing this sector of Quebec City.
