Capvest Portugal celebrates its 10th anniversary

The teams at Capvest Portugal and Capvest Switzerland gathered in Lisbon to celebrate their first decade of commitment, growth, and collective success in Portugal. For 10 years, our subsidiary has been developing innovative, high-end real estate projects in Lisbon, driven by striking architecture, helping to transform the urban landscape and create unique living spaces.

Among its achievements:

– Tasso: a residence comprising eight luxury apartments in the heart of Lisbon, 200 meters from Marquis de Pombal Square and the prestigious Avenida da Liberdade. 

– Vale Pereiro: the transformation of an office building into a luxury residential building with 13 modern apartments, penthouses, and private gardens, awarded Best Residential Renovation/Refurbishment in Portugal at the European Property Awards.

– Nooba on the south bank of Lisbon: an ambitious residential project comprising 518 bright apartments with terraces, a communal swimming pool, and views of the Tagus River. Nooba is the largest urban renewal project currently underway on the south bank.

Capvest Portugal has developed and is currently developing a total of 539 homes spread over 103,500 m² of gross development area, worth more than €335 million, and has thus established itself in 10 years as a major player in residential real estate in Lisbon and its region.

This celebration was an opportunity to look back on the progress made and to thank all those who have been part of this adventure, including our teams, our partners, architects, engineers, banks, and, of course, our customers.
