Capvest at the IMMO26 Trade Fair in Zurich

To kick off 2026 on the right foot, the Capvest Group management team was delighted, as every year, to participate in the Swiss Real Estate Trade Fair in Zurich, which has now established itself as a benchmark event.

The forums were particularly insightful in taking the pulse of the key issues shaping Swiss real estate, notably the impact of demographic change and the challenges and practical experience of integrating sustainability into real estate valuation.

It was a pleasure to meet our clients and partners on this occasion at such a wonderful event, and a real joy to note the increasingly strong presence of French-speaking Swiss real estate players.
