The Building Permits Office has recently announced that building permits for minor works can now be submitted via the Internet.

In a few clicks and in an average of thirty days, it will be possible to obtain a building permit (APA) for small works (including a renovation).

The next major step will be the complete digitization of the larger authorizations (DD).

We can only congratulate the State of Geneva and its desire to move towards the digitization of processes, which will be an asset for all the players.
