An inspiring evening at Parc des Crêts: at the heart of sustainability and innovation
In collaboration with RICS and Swiss Finance & Property (SFP AG), we were delighted to organize an evening rich in exchange and learning around the Parc des Crêts, an emblematic project embodying our values of sustainability on a neighborhood scale.
After an inspiring introduction by Bruno Kurz (CEO, Swiss Finance & Property Funds SA), who presented SFP’s ambitions in French-speaking Switzerland, two thematic workshops linked to Parc des Crêts were offered to participants:
– Workshop on “Integrating sustainability into PPE, levers and commitments”, led by Anne-Laure Mahy (Project Manager, Capvest Advisors SA)
– Workshop on “Challenges of first-time lettings”, co-hosted by Philippe Bach (Asset Manager, Swiss Finance & Property Funds SA) and Richard Hedger (Niton SA).
Finally, Magid Khoury (CEO, Capvest Group) outlined the key stages of this development and Capvest’s role as co-pilot.
To round off the event, a convivial aperitif allowed discussions to continue in a warm atmosphere.
