From the outset, this project was conceived in its entirety by Capvest, and more specifically by Anne-Laure Mahy, project manager, who conducted in-depth market research to design the building specifications and then monitored its progress until delivery.
The result: modern, adaptable housing that is perfectly suited to the specific needs of seniors (SIA 500 standards, ergonomic kitchens, secure bathrooms, connectivity, fall detection, etc.).
In addition, the talents of Capvest Interior Design, with Victoria Goeldlin, ensured that the decoration was in keeping with the building’s resolutely high-end standing.
