Nooba reaches a milestone: the building is now weatherproof

In a captivating article published on Immobilier.ch, Serge Guertchakoff, Director of Publications, highlights the growing importance of biodiversity in the real estate sector.
In particular, he cites our iconic Parc des Crêts project in Troinex as a concrete example of how Capvest & Niton’s committed management has successfully integrated this important sustainability criterion. This development, which has transformed former pastures into a place to live for around a thousand people, illustrates our commitment to sustainable development that respects biodiversity, with 50% of the 8.7 hectares planted in open ground and the creation of a variety of alternative environments and shelters.
Anne-Laure Mahy, Head of Sustainable Development at Capvest, explains in the article how biodiversity was placed at the heart of the design, thanks in particular to the specifications drawn up by landscape architect Boccard Parc et Jardins in direct collaboration with our ecologist from Ecotec.
