We were able to take advantage of this beautiful autumn period known as “foliage” in Quebec to visit and stay in our HQ Sainte-Foy project which is now fully finalized and operational.

This project was conceived as a vertical village including 110 apartments in PPE, a clinic, offices, sports halls, a swimming pool on the roof and a “Gourmet District” giving access to a dozen restaurants (French brasserie, Japanese, Portuguese gastronomy, Neapolitan pizza, high-end pastry, etc.) offering the possibility to customers to use touch tablets to place their orders, which will then be received by the restaurants in a centralized manner and served at the table. The project also features a café and gourmet deli: Le Marché Carrier.

The “Gourmet District” is now fully operational and is already reaching a peak of 800 covers per day. We are particularly proud of the work accomplished by the development teams of Capwood, Inc, the Canadian subsidiary of the Capvest Group, including in the midst of the COVID period, with the birth of a unique and innovative concept that fits perfectly into our vertical village project. The Gourmet District is also a true hub of life and attraction for the entire neighborhood, which is growing with four new residential towers being built around our project.
